Cynde Cronin

Cynde loves helping people make meaningful connections whether that be through professional or personal relationships she has formed over the years. As the Sales Connection Executive, Cynde works with prospects and clients to help find them the best solution(s) for their organization. She is an advocate for women in business and leadership roles and loves bringing great minds together. Cynde’s passion for helping people shows through her work and family. She feels it’s privilege to be a mentor to many. She has a special place in her heart for nonprofit organizations and specializes in working with Executive Directors and Boards to show them why working with a PEO, and Connectify HR in particular, is the best decision they can make for their organization.
Cynde began her career working in business development at the Hotel Fort Des Moines following graduation from DMACC with a degree in Sales and Marketing. In the late 90’s she moved to the Savery Hotel and then the PEO industry came knocking at her door. A longtime friend and mentor asked her to check out the PEO industry and she was hooked. In 2000, Cynde joined Merit Resources and quickly realized that working with business owners and nonprofit leaders solving their HR challenges was her passion. Cynde continued in her PEO Business Development role with Aureon HR in 2016. Eventually Aureon HR was acquired by Oasis where she continued with great success bringing on over 200 clients in the not-for-profit world. In September of 2021 Connectify HR showed up in her orbit and is proud to be a part of the team and is looking forward to continued success.
Cynde grew up on the Eastside of Des Moines (Lee Township Against the World!) and now has lived in Adel for over 20 years. She is married to a very special man (her “Sugar Bear”) and has 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. She loves cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes and Chicago Bears, reading and cooking.
