Kellie believes in the power of connection through relationship in her personal life, business, and community. Her passion for leadership, HR, the employee and client experience, promotes the power of these connections and the ability for everyone to perform their best. 

Kellie has over 20 years’ experience in PEO and Human Resources in various roles. Kellie joined Aureon HR/Merit Resources in 2002 and helped transition through an ownership change in 2013 to Iowa Network Services, which later rebranded to Aureon.  Kellie most recently served as Chief People Officer for Aureon prior to joining the Connectify HR team. Kellie is a life-long Iowan and grew up in the Des Moines area. Kellie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Human Resource Management from the University of Northern Iowa. Kellie is a Talent Management Certified Professional and is a Senior Certified Professional through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).

Kellie is married and has one stepson and a Goldendoodle.  They enjoy golfing, biking, pickleball, basketball, and watching sports.
