Laura Knepper

Chief of Staff

Laura began her career in the PEO industry in 2012 and has worked in and around all departments, maximizing operational impact and boosting efficiencies. This includes roles in marketing, executive support, reporting and project management. Prior to Connectify HR, Laura’s role included supporting a large executive team nationally.

Laura’s continual willingness to learn and aptitude gave her exposure to business and industry-specific decisions and strategy that moved the needle for her professional development and eventually led her into Connectify’s Chief of Staff role. As Chief of Staff, Laura is responsible for turning obstacles into opportunities and is the glue of the organization. She is committed and passionate about bringing streamlined solutions, care, and productivity to our teams to best serve our team and clients.

As an Urbandale alum, Laura has always lived in the Des Moines area (with a brief stint in Iowa City – Go Hawkeyes!)  and now resides in Waukee. She is married and has 1 stepson who is very active in sports. They enjoy weekends at home together, traveling with friends, and spending time with their extended families.
